Because each audit involves real analysis work the moment it runs, refunds are handled as follows:

We'll refund you if:

• Your audit fails to complete due to a system error on our end.
• Your site was completely inaccessible to our crawler, resulting in a report with no usable findings.

We won't refund for:

• Disagreement with the findings, score, or recommendations in a completed report.
• Low scores caused by real issues with your site (for example, heavy reliance on JavaScript rendering) — that's the audit doing its job.
