1. What Local AI Checkup does

Local AI Checkup (“we”, “us”) performs an automated Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audit of a website you submit, and delivers a scored PDF report. The audit is diagnostic and educational — it does not modify your website, and it does not guarantee any specific outcome in how AI systems rank, describe, or cite your site.

2. Your responsibility for the submitted URL

By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that you own the site, are authorized by its owner to request this audit, or that the site is otherwise public information you are permitted to analyze. You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit.

3. How we access your site

Our audit performs a small number of standard, low-volume HTTP requests to your site and its robots.txt/sitemap.xml — equivalent to a normal web request, not scraping or bypassing any access controls. We do not attempt to access anything behind authentication.

4. No outcome guarantee

AI answer engines are third-party systems we do not control, and their behavior changes over time. Nothing in this report or service constitutes a guarantee that your site will be surfaced, ranked, or cited by any AI system.

5. Payment

Audits are paid one-time via Stripe. See our Refund Policy for when refunds apply.

6. Limitation of liability

Local AI Checkup is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
